I'm embarrassed to say that my kids were constantly using tech. I really missed my kids because they acted like they would rather play video games and be on their phones than be with me. After taking this course, I had a family tech plan that made the whole family turn off tech at certain times of the day and do other things. Now my kids have discovered new hobbies that they like and we spend more time together as a family.
