Shevah feels that each person is an expert at living their own lives, but sometimes they just need a little extra support and validation to overcome the challenges standing in their way that are preventing them from truly thriving.

She utilizes an integrative style of therapy where she pulls from many different schools of thought. Primarily, she uses CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) principles with a trauma-informed approach.
